Article 1 – Areas of application

In these terms and conditions, "LU IJU CERAMICS" means:
the company, LU IJU CERAMICS.;
having its registered office in Rotterdam, the Netherlands;
the main office is located at the address: Westerstraat 10 UNIT D0980, 3016DH Rotterdam, the Netherlands; Registration in the Trade Register with Chamber of Commerce number: 65078098;
VAT number: NL002437062B58;
These general terms and conditions apply to every distance contract that has been concluded - via, for example, an order placed by the customer (hereinafter: "buyer") placed at LU IJU CERAMICS via www.luiju.nl - and delivery between LU IJU CERAMICS and the buyer, in the capacity of a natural person and not acting in the exercise of a profession or business.
A reference by the buyer to his own general or purchasing conditions and the applicability thereof, is expressly rejected by LU IJU CERAMICS.
By placing an order, the buyer accepts to be bound by these general terms and conditions and the buyer declares that these terms and conditions were available to him in such a way that he has been able to save them and make them accessible for later access. He also declares that he has read and understands the terms and conditions.
The general conditions can be sent on request, and the conditions can also be consulted at any time on the above-mentioned website.

Article 2 – Realization agreement

The agreement is concluded at the time of receipt by LU IJU CERAMICS of the acceptance of the offer by the buyer, by placing an order with LU IJU CERAMICS.
LU IJU CERAMICS reserves the right to not accept orders (in part) without stating reasons.
The buyer guarantees that the provided (name and address) data in the context of the agreement are correct, complete and up-to-date. The buyer is obliged to immediately report any inaccuracies in payment data provided or stated to LU IJU CERAMICS.

Article 3 – Prices and payments

The prices stated in the range of products are (unless stated otherwise) in Euro. International orders may be subject to customs, taxes, import duties, or any additional charges by buyer's local government. As the recipient, buyers are solely responsible for any of these charges.

Article 4 – Images and specifications

All images of products as well as associated specifications, sizes and data as shown on the LU IJU CERAMICS website are only approximately. The product ultimately delivered to the buyer may differ in color, size and the like from these images or specifications to a certain extent. This does not mean that the product does not comply with the agreement.

Article 5 – Delivery

LU IJU CERAMICS offer free shipping worldwide.

If purchased a custom-order or pre-order item(s), it will take up to 4-6 weeks to be produced then shipped to buyers. Please take this into consideration before placing an order for a customized piece, especially if needed before an event.

All orders in stock will generally be send out within 5 working days by Post NL.

SHIPPING DAYS

The Netherlands 1-2 work days
EU countries 2-5 work days
Non-EU countries 5-15 work days

ORDER TRACKING

All orders sent by LU IJU CERAMICS are traceable. buyers will receive tracking information as soon as information has been sent to the courier. It may take the courier up to 24h from receiving the parcel to make the link & tracking information able to trace. If for some reason buyers are not able to trace their package 24h after receiving the tracking, please contact LU IJU CERAMICS for personal assistance at info@luiju.nl

In case the carrier does not succeed in delivering the item to buyers because buyers weren't at home, please try reaching the carrier via email or telephone. If this is not solving the problem please contact LU IJU CERAMICS at info@luiju.nl.

If the carrier eventually ships the item back to LU IJU CERAMICS, and buyers still want it, buyers will have to pay for the shipping costs. Otherwise LU IJU CERAMICS will refund the full amount of buyer's order.

Article 6 –Return

LU IJU CERAMICS accepts returns and exchanges made within 14 days after delivery.To be eligible for a return, item must be unused and in the same condition that buyer received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Please remember that buyers are held accountable for any damages that may occur during the return shipment.

Please note, LU IJU CERAMIC does not accept returned items that have not been approved prior. To return order products, please first send an email to info@luiju.nl with order number and request. After confirmation from LU IJU CERAMICS, buyers can send products to the address provided. If the returning from a country outside the EU, please state clearly on the parcel that the shipment is a RETURN ORDER. Buyers will be responsible for the shipping costs for returning any item. When buyers send packages back to LU IJU CERAMICS, please make sure to use a trackable shipping method. LU IJU CERAMICS is not responsible for any lost packages. LU IJU CERAMICS reserves the right to deny credit if the package returned is damaged or incomplete or does not meet return policy requirements of LU IJU CERAMICS. Please include original packaging of the item and the filled the return form  our return confirmation email.

When the return process is complete, buyer will receive a digital gift card with shop credit as the order amount.

Article 7 -Claims

For complaints due to quality issues please contact LU IJU CERAMICS through info@luiju.nl and send LU IJU CERAMICS detailed pictures and descriptions of what is wrong with the item along with ORDER NUMBER (found in the order confirmation e-mail). E-mail to info@luiju.nl
