We offer free shipping worldwide.

If purchased a custom-order or pre-order item(s), it will take up to 4-6 weeks to be produced then shipped to you. Please take this into consideration before placing an order for a customized piece, especially if needed before an event.

All orders in stock will generally be send out within 5 working days by Post NL.

All of our prices are in € Euro. International orders may be subject to customs, taxes, import duties, or any additional charges by your local government. As the recipient, you are solely responsible for any of these charges.

All orders sent by LU IJU CERAMICS are traceable. You will receive tracking information as soon as information has been sent to the courier. It may take the courier up to 24h from receiving the parcel to make the link & tracking information able to trace. If for some reason you are not able to trace your package 24h after receiving the tracking, please contact us for personal assistance at info@luiju.nl

I did not receive my package, what can I do?

In case the carrier does not succeed in delivering the item to you because you weren't at home, please try reaching the carrier via email or telephone. If this is not solving the problem please contact us at info@luiju.nl and we’ll help you.

If the carrier eventually ships the item back to us, and you still want it, you'll have to pay for the shipping costs. Otherwise we'll refund the full amount of your order.



Please ensure you take into account any potential customs and import fees and taxes before you place your order. They are the responsibility of the customer and may be applied on orders shipped to countries outside the EU.



We accept returns and exchanges made within 14 days after delivery.To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Please remember that you are held accountable for any damages that may occur during the return shipment, pack it well!


Please note, we do not accept returned items that have not been approved prior. To return your product, first send an email to info@luiju.nl with your order number and request. After confirmation from us, you can send your product to the address provided. If you're returning from a country outside the EU, please state clearly on the parcel that the shipment is a RETURN ORDER. If you fail to do so there will be import duty or taxes that we will balance with your order. You will be responsible for the shipping costs for returning your item. When you send a package back to us, please make sure to use a trackable shipping method. We are not responsible for any lost packages. We reserve the right to deny credit if the package returned to us is damaged or incomplete or does not meet our return policy requirements in any other way. Please include original packaging of the item and the filled out return form which you received from our return confirmation email.

When the return process is complete, you will receive a digital gift card with shop credit as your order amount


For complaints due to quality issues please contact us through info@luiju.nl and send us detailed pictures and descriptions of what is wrong with the item along with your ORDER NUMBER (found in the order confirmation e-mail). E-mail to info@luiju.nl

Furthermore, we take reasonable care, in so far as it is in our power to do so, to keep the details of your order and payment secure, but in the absence of negligence on our part we cannot be held liable for any loss you may suffer if a third party procures unauthorized access to any data you provide when accessing or ordering from the Site.
